Went for my cleaning and found the experience friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was very kind and interested in each patient. A nice start to the visit. The hygienist Binu was very efficient, informative and provided useful information. She was very much like Jag, so kindness seems to run in the practice.
Jag was my dental hygienist,she was friendly,patient and thorough. I hope to have her at my next appointment. Detist checked my teeth,he was friendly and thorough too. Good experience over all.
They were very kind and explained what they were going to do before they did anything. I would like to see pictures on the ceiling during my appointment.
The Dentist, Dr. Chahl, was friendly and very communicative in explaining what he was doing, at each step of my treatment. The dental hygienist was friendly and proficient as well. It would have been nice if the dentist took off his mask, as I have never seen his face before. The receptionist was very polite and friendly as well.
No handicap accessibility, the receptionist runs to help everyone get in and out the door as much as she can while being very busy. I don’t know anywhere else where the receptionist would be this kind. In this day and age there should be handicap accessibility at the entryway of every commercial establishment.
