The Dentist, Dr. Chahl, was friendly and very communicative in explaining what he was doing, at each step of my treatment. The dental hygienist was friendly and proficient as well. It would have been nice if the dentist took off his mask, as I have never seen his face before. The receptionist was very polite and friendly as well.
No handicap accessibility, the receptionist runs to help everyone get in and out the door as much as she can while being very busy. I don’t know anywhere else where the receptionist would be this kind. In this day and age there should be handicap accessibility at the entryway of every commercial establishment. The place was not accessible and we had some difficulty entering with a stroller. Our appointment was at 8:10am and we received the intakes form 20 min before the appointment which took time for us to fill. They need to be more welcoming for families with smaller children. The receptionist was mostly singing with herself and we felt kind of ignored by her and we thought it’s the way she is but later we saw she was chatting and laughing with next patient.
Went for my cleaning and found the experience friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was very kind and interested in each patient. A nice start to the visit. The hygienist Jag was very efficient, informative and provided information with little prompting (as my mouth was occupied) and remembered me from past visits. I've always liked going to the dentist, and this reaffirmed my trust in the practice.
Jag, my dental hygienist, made this another great teeth cleaning and polishing experience. She's thorough, careful with my teeth sensitivities, and she is also a good conversationalist. It was also good to meet my new dentist, Dr. Chahol, who was friendly and offered positive feedback on my teeth,
