I had a very pleasant experience from being greeted when I entered to being prepped and examined. Dr. S. Kim was extremely knowledgeable & thorough with her exam. She explained everything clearly and helped me identify the best options for treatment. It was an affordable visit and I was provided information on an available Canadian dental care plan.
All the employees at this dental clinic were polite and very pleasant to deal with. They were all accommodating and enthusiastic in answering all my inquiries during my visit. We brought our autistic 5 year old for a dental filling, and it couldn’t have gone better! Admin was welcoming and gave us one of the nasal nitrous masks to take home and practice with before the appointment. They also booked my own dental filling the day prior so our little could come and observe to become familiar with the process. My daughter had 2 large molars extracted today and Dr. Sophia Kim and her assistant were amazing!!! My daughter has an extreme case of anxiety and they performed the extractions quickly and with the utmost care. I highly recommend them!!! 5*
I'm a huge chicken at the dentist. They were all very kind and patient with me. Thay tried to keep me as calm as possible by asking questions, offering music and letting me know what they were doing next. I have no hesitation making future appointments with Greentree.
