This was our second visit to Grins 4 Kidz with my 2-year-old daughter, and I couldn't be happier with the care we received. Staff greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Dr. Ortiz was incredibly patient and kind, especially when my daughter was fidgety during the first visit. She took the time to show me effective ways to brush my daughter's teeth, even during a tantrum. It's clear that Dr. Ortiz truly cares about her young patients. Highly recommend Grins 4 Kidz!

The staff here are extremely professional and franky just amazing with my 3 year old. We were both made to feel very comfortable. Everything was thorougly explained. I feel like I can trust this dental team with any of my boys needs. Thank you for being so friendly!

All of the staff are extremely nice and caring. My son is 3.5 and struggles with people touching him, the hygienist and dentist were so patient with my kiddo. We need some serious work done and i trust they will do a great job!

Experience was amazing with both my kids! The lobby had Toy Story on the tv and they had a nice little play area. The little treat bags and prizes at the end made my kids very happy. Looking forward to future appointments there!

All the staff are extremely friendly and polite every time we come in for my daughter's appointments. Every staff member is supportive and encouraging on our visits and make my daughter feel as comfortable as a 2 year old can be at the dentist. I am very satisfied and appreciative to receive service from Grins 4 Kidz. Thank you Pamela Ortiz and staff for being amazing and so kind to my daughter Nia!!
