I have never had a bad experience at the Clinic. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr Logan is my dentist. What i like most about him is he explains everything to me. Always ask if I am OK when doing any work on my teeth. He is a perfectionist and that is the kind if dentist you want working on your teeth.
All is good. Everyone seems to like working there because i usually hear the occasional laugh and bantering going on. Professionals for sure . Excellent service . The parking is grim but i’m sure that’s life in the middle of Halifax for all businesses. Maybe they can do a free underground parking day once a week. ………..
They checked all the boxes from booking appointments, to handling insurance, excellent explanations on processes & procedures needed. Very professional and the best part, you feel great when you leave because you have been taken care of by a great group of people who do their jobs properly.
I had an incredible experience with Dr. Logan and his team. As someone who has struggled with anxiety and trauma related to dental visits, I was blown away by the level of compassion, professionalism and understanding I received. I have been going to Dr. Logan for over a year now. His expertise and knowledge are evident from the initial assessment to the treatments that follow. I have had many procedures with Dr. Logan and felt comfortable and confident during each session. Dr. Logan always takes the time to outline each procedure and answer any questions or concerns.
