I was so nervous about my son’s first dental appointment. I took him to another dentist the day prior and they told me he’d need his teeth removed. However at Hamilton Dental Associates they gave me THREE alternatives , one of them being an attempt to save his teeth instead of simply removing them. The staff were so welcoming & friendly, they knew how to make my son feel comfortable instead of scared. I would 100 recommend this pediatric dentist to anyone looking.
The ladies on the phone are terrible. First of all they let the phone ring ring until they get tired of you calling and not leaving a message. They dont answer with a good attitude. They only have appointments available in the morning to make an appointment for the afternoon, you have to wait you have to wait till November or next year to make to get an appointment for the after noon. I cant make it in the morning bcuz I have no one to take my kids for me. Smh stop accepting all this new patients and over booking. Its ridic... read more
Dentist Jen was amazing… my daughter cap came off yesterday because someone hit her in the mouth at school by accident. Dr Jen seen her the same day and put her a new cap on.. great job!
Today is the worst experience I've ever had here. My daughters been coming here since they were able to. Usually I come at least a half hour before the time however I was 10 mins LATE due to my daughter showing respect to her teacher who was recently murdered by her husband and attending a ballon release. The lady who checked us in told me because we was late someone will go in before us this is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS I never heard of that or never felt this way at this or the other location. Hamilton Dental Associates is truly amazing! My daughter has autism, and they always treat her with so much patience, kindness, and love. They take the time to make her feel comfortable and safe, and that means everything to me as a mom. She actually loves going to her dental appointments, which says a lot! We are so grateful for such a caring and professional team. Highly recommend!
