I just had my tongue tie released by Dr.Rullo and staff. I was referred here by a family member as I was curious about getting my tongue tie released as an adult. I cannot emphasize enough how great of an experience it was from start to finish. Dr. Rullo was very informative, precise and equally caring. Not to mention the instant relief the procedure gave me! They have a very friendly and loving staff and I highly recommend this place!
Dr. Rullo was amazing with my daughter, he took such good care of her. My daughter had a fall and her teeth were injured due to it. He took his time and explained all my options to me. Honestly some people are meant to be in certain fields, you can tell Dr. RULLO loves what he does. Thank you.
I recently wrote a review here that explained some frustrations and miscommunication from the secretary I dealt with for the last 3 months. It was headaches as a customer im not used to dealing with but after a long 3 months the manager called and rectified the situation. Dr. Rullo was great with my son the day of the appointment which he underwent several caps and cavities that were done so beautifully and quickly. I appreciate the time the staff take to make the experience a positive one. My daughter is now 2 and both of her appointments have been positive experiences. The staff can so quickly turn resistance into eagerness to participate.
This review is long overdue, but I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had at Hamilton Pediatric Dental Care for my daughter’s tongue-tie assessment. Dr. Rullo, the front desk team, and all of the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly supportive. As a parent, I highly recommend this practice.
