We recently took my daughter to Dr Rullo to have a tongue tie released. The process was quick and easy and the staff were all so lovely and knowledgeable. The follow ups were thorough and we are looking forward to her next visit! The whole facility is completely geared towards children and seems so wonderful, I would have loved it as a kid and am thankful that my daughter will get to enjoy going to the dentist.

I've taken my kids to this dentist many times now, and everyone there is super nice and helpful. They always explain everything they're going to do, which is great. My son really enjoys going there, especially because they give out toys after appointments, which gets him really excited every time. When my daughter had to have some dental work done with general anesthesia, they made sure to explain everything to me and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Very bad experience considering that I was with a child who saw all this communication. First of all, Dr. Christina suggested coming to a consultation with an interpreter because I’m not fluently to speak English, although my English is not so bad, but the doctor didn’t arrange it. As a new comers , I reminded that Canada is a country of immigrants, and to be honest, this is the first time I encounter such an attitude, also in a children's clinic. I brought my 3 year old here for his first dental visit with the context of "making friends with the dentist" to keep it low pressure. The staff here absolutely delivered! They were friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. They were happy to answer all of my questions and made it a point to talk to my son and make him feel very comfortable. Plus, they give the kids a coin at the end of the visit to get a little toy out of a machine in their lobby. Hamilton Paediatric Dental care has been my 3 children’s dentistry for many years and it still is to present. Every visit has been wonderful, my children leave with a smile and we have great experience in all the years my family has been attending this dentistry.
