I was looking forward to attending after reading reviews and hearing good things, unfortunately didn't have the best experience. The staff were generally kind and accommodating, especially the support staff that I spoke to before and after the appointment. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't the best for the following reasons: - They had me fill out forms with my insurance information and then wouldn't use the information to process my payment. We setup an appointment to have our newborns tongue tie assessed. All the Staff were helpful, patient and thorough. The Dr. Rullo was very careful and clear on a plan of action. Will be bringing my other children for sure!
Great experience there. Calm, happy atmosphere, very accommodating aswell. We basically had no wait time for both visits as we were there twice in one day. I talked to numerous people that work there they were all very kind. Not a single bad thing to say!
