Total disaster from the start. I will find a more welcoming dentist. They uncovered a cavity and didn't fix it while I was there, then told me to see someone else for my gum problem and they did NOT accept my insurance. They started to do a cleaning and stopped when I asked for some freezing, totally unacceptable.
I’ve been going to Harbourfront Dental since January 2017. My teeth are healthy and I often get compliments on them. Cleaning them regularly made them whiter. The staff is friendly and polite and if you have insurance it can be used for your appointments.
What an extraordinary experience! Everyone from the moment I made my appointment with admin, to the x-ray technician to the dentist and the hygienist were so effective, communicative and talented in their respective roles. I really stumbled upon a stand out dental practice.
One of the best dental clinics in Toronto. The staff is friendly and professional. The clinic is equipped with the latest tools to make the dental appointments as pleasant as possible. As someone who is scared of dental work, my experience at Harbourfront dental has been great. They really care about the work that they do and it shows throughout the whole process.
