Amazing experience. Very friendly staff! My hygienist was gentle and patient with me. My first time having a cleaning and to be honest I feel lucky to have had them for it! The office is really cute as well, very nostalgic with the decor.
Been going to this clinic for a couple of years and everything was fine until this one recent appointment... I got in on time for my appointment that day and I had to wait for almost 50min to the point where no one has yet come up to me to give any update. I finally walked up to the front desk to ask and the staff told me to continue waiting, while being unapologetic and acting like I can't even feel upset about it. Love the dental office. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had done number of services from cleaning to extraction. All were done smoothly, friendly, and professional manner. They really took care of me from the beginning to end. Thank you Dr.Jhaveri, Kathy and the Harbourfront dental team for your care!
I actually accidentally booked with them, because I mistook them for either clinic, but they were quick to reply and helpful when I dealt with them.
My sister and i have been seeing Michka for a long time and cannot recommend her enough as a hygienist!!! She is gentle, thorough, knowledgeable, and super sweet. Always lovely seeing her and coming into the clinic.
