Let me just start by saying I'm very tentative about the dentist experience. 45+ years of my life have always been hit/miss. If the office is unfriendly or the handling is painful, I don't go back. In general, I just don't - not to the practice, not to any dentist. I just lay low until help is needed. If they're good, I return and maintain. Hatcher is the latter. Went to Hatcher Dental Studio in Phoenix. Went to get another opinion on a tooth that had a crown. Was told I might need tooth pulled. Was super anxious and scared. Was referred to go here and see what he had to say and was told I would be in good hands. I went and my blood pressure was so high from anxiety. They took good care of me and I was told I only needed a new crown. I went back two weeks later to get my crown. It fit like a glove. I am so pleased and happy. Well, I have to say, the reviews were true. Dr Stein and the entire staff at Hatcher Dental were very professional, courteous and friendly. I had a very positive experience and the quality of service was above and beyond. Thank you very much.

The staff were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this office for adults. They were unable to treat my child due to the amount of work she needed, but were willing to give me referrals to someone who could. Very happy with this office.

Great team at Hatcher Dental! Unfortunately, sure to insurance changes I can no longer see this practice but I highly recommend them. From the front desk gals, the assistant, and the dentist himself all have wonderful personalities. The dentist is very thorough with his work. If I didn't have such great insurance and specialists I would've gladly switched plans to continue going here! Go see these guys!! You won't regret it.
