Let me just start by saying I'm very tentative about the dentist experience. 45+ years of my life have always been hit/miss. If the office is unfriendly or the handling is painful, I don't go back. In general, I just don't - not to the practice, not to any dentist. I just lay low until help is needed. If they're good, I return and maintain. Hatcher is the latter. I went to Hatcher Dental one time in early 2023 for a cleaning and JUST received a bill. I called and asked why the delay, they told me it was my insurance's fault and that they filed a claim in 2023... I can see (and verified with my insurance) that they just filed the claim now... in 2025. It seems I'm not the only person with this experience from other reviews. Great team at Hatcher Dental! Unfortunately, sure to insurance changes I can no longer see this practice but I highly recommend them. From the front desk gals, the assistant, and the dentist himself all have wonderful personalities. The dentist is very thorough with his work. If I didn't have such great insurance and specialists I would've gladly switched plans to continue going here! Go see these guys!! You won't regret it.
They were very helpful. The ladies in the front were friendly and informative and helped me weigh my options when i had issues with my insurance. The dental hygienist made me feel comfortable and the cleaning process was seamless!
Do not go here unless you want to be scammed. I got a crown back in August 2021 and paid cash in full, as seen on the receipt I thankfully saved. Over 4 YEARS LATER, I started getting emails and texts claiming I had an outstanding balance of $542 that I clearly paid. I called the office three times, and they told me the billing department would reach out since they only received $1,000 on their end. Weeks went by with no call.
