I recently returned to Hatcher dental studio after not being there for 8 years, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm smiles and friendly faces from the entire staff. The receptionist made me feel at ease, and the dental hygienists were both professional and gentle during my cleaning. I have not met a person yet at this facility that I have disliked. Everyone here has a wonderful sense of customer service. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful when it comes to getting with the patient needs, like referrals or prescriptions, for example.. For a medical office they are very well organized and on top of things when it comes to communication with the patient. The dentist himself is a wonderful gentleman. The team was very professional and caring. The doctor has that sensitive human compassion difficult to find on today's dentist professional which gave me confidence on him and on the treatment recommended. For me personally finding a dentist like him is someone that I would recommend.
Review Update: Hatcher Dental reached out and resolved the issue with lightning speed. I have since updated the rating to reflect their actual dental work, which was outstanding. Hatcher Dental is uncommunicative and irresponsible. If you had an outstanding bill, how would you like to be notified? Perhaps via email, text, a phone call, in person when visiting for your appointment? In addition, you would expect communication to be prompt and timely. Hatcher Dental does none of these things. Pleasantly surprised...Dr has a gentle touch no pain. I'm glad I found this place and they took my insurance... I like that I haven't had long wait times either. I'm glad they are close to me as well.
