Excellent service! The doctors and staff were truly amazing , professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. While dental care can be expensive, they provided everything at a very reasonable rate without compromising on quality. I had my teeth cleaning done before 2 days at this clinic. I had a very good experience with hygienist Nancy during my recent visit. I had not done my teeth cleaning in 2 years, my teeth were really bad and sensitive. But she made it comfortable and stress-free. The lady on the reception was also very helpful and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend them for quality dental care with genuine care and friendly environment.
I was welcomed well by the receptionist , asked about what i needed to do and gave me the form to fill; while sitting ,we got engaged with conversations about being a student new in Canada, I believe that was for me to get relaxed. I would not recommend the dentistry. The hygienists and receptionists are great. Most fillings by the dentist seem OK. But: 1) In general, I always felt pushed: I had the feeling they want to harvest whatever they can from my healthcare coverage. I'm always pushed towards booking my next appointment right away so I'd come to a cleaning 3 times a year, and I'm repeatedly offered to have a nightguard done when I clearly say every single time that I can't sleep with it (because I did try it in the past). 2) I was present at ... read more
