The staff is very kind and well-meaning. They’re professional and there are no issues if all you are seeking is a cleaning. With that said, they lack knowledge and expertise when it comes to further treatments and care. We attended for my child who was presenting with newly onset gum pain and sensitivity to the cold. I had a very disappointing experience with this dental clinic and would strongly advise others especially international students—to be cautious. When I first visited, the staff were standing outside the clinic actively targeting international students from Humber College, mentioning that insurance would cover the treatment.
