I usually hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Sarah Merkley and her team make every visit a positive experience. From the moment I walk in, the reception staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Merkley is professional, reassuring, and makes me feel completely at ease during my appointment. Chantel, the dental assistant, is thorough, gentle, and always makes sure I’m comfortable. I cracked a molar in half on a Sunday evening, which Dr. Tamaru, Clara, and Dr Kosnevitch took care of quickly on Monday assessing the situation and removing the broken piece. Dr. Tamaru then managed to fast track me with a dental surgeon for the next day to remove the rest of the tooth and bone graft. It was as great of experience could be when you crack a tooth in half.
