I've been going to the Hazeldean Dental Group for many years which in itself is a very positive review. Ladies at the desk are always very pleasant and it's rare that some laughter isn't involved. They work very hard to find you just the right day and time of your preference for upcoming appointments and are very good contacting you if you're on a cancellation list. I’ve been going to Hazeldean Dental Clinic for 3 decades. I really, really love the staff. They are all fantastic and I’m not just saying that. The women who greet you are really great at their jobs. They’re very efficient, handle things with Grace, as well as warm and caring. I love that I go there and know almost all of them. I just had my first few visits at Hazeldean Dental Group with Dr. Merkley and she was amazing!! So knowledgeable and practical as well. Informed me of the best course of action for treatments, all while being reasonable about budgets. My hygienist Kathryn, was super nice as well. Very informative and made sure I was comfortable the entire time in the chair. Great explanations of procedures all around!
I appreciated that my urgent dental appointment was handled with both speed, care and professionalism. Dr. Kosnevitch always prepares you by telling you everything that's going to transpire and allows you to alert him if there's any pain etc. I appreciate this treatment as dental appointments can be a little worrisome. I have been a patient for a number of years and have always had great experiences. Thank you Dr. Kosnevitch!
Known as Faby Kushner at the clinic - After a very stressful dental experience, I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and their team. I had a crown placed after a very large cavity that had unfortunately been missed by another dental office. Because of that experience, I had lost trust and even drove all the way to Montreal to have the crown done.
