I usually hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Sarah Merkley and her team make every visit a positive experience. From the moment I walk in, the reception staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Merkley is professional, reassuring, and makes me feel completely at ease during my appointment. Chantel, the dental assistant, is thorough, gentle, and always makes sure I’m comfortable. Every step of the visit, from start to finish, is handled with care and professionalism. Highly recommend this practice!

Thank you very much, Dr. Peter Romanowski. He is attentive and patient. He answered all my questions. He reassured me and explained how the treatment would proceed. Everything went wonderfully. I didn't feel any pain. Thank you very much to the nurse for her professionalism. Thank you to all the clinic staff for the friendly atmosphere. It helped that the doctor spoke to me in Ukrainian. I love them! Dr. Tamaru has done a lot of work on my teeth including fixing a chip on my front tooth. You would never know it was ever chipped. She is kind and listens. Her assistants are great too! I am happy I switched to them.

I called for an emergency, I had an appointment on the same day. The nurse and the doctor were both so kind and helpful. The doctor was able to tell me what was wrong with my teeth.

Very few of us like going to the dentist, especially when you’re Scottish and it involves spending money(!), but I have to admit that a trip to the HDG is as painless and as friendly as it’s possible to imagine.
