I had a very good experience. All staff were very friendly, helpful & professional. My root canal extraction was not painful & didn't take very long. I was actually surprised when he said it was done. Definitely a five star office & I will refer my family & friends to go there.
The overall experience was great. The appointment was on time and my hygienist, Brooklyn also took the utmost care during the dental cleaning. Today, I saw Dr. Hanna, and he was patient, and very informative during the check-up. The staff here are personable and ensure you leave with confidence about the state of your overall dental health. Every person you encounter while in this office are professional, approachable, and genuinely care about the quality of service they provide.
The best way to describe Bailey is with the three C’s: Calm, Cool, and Collected. Going to have your teeth cleaned can be stressful and induce anxiety, Bailey is great at keeping herself calm, so in return you stay calm during your cleaning. She’s super cool too, very relatable and easy to talk to. Along with being calm, and cool, she is also very collected. Brooklyn is the best hygienist I have been to. Very thorough, makes sure you are comfortable throughout. My teeth feel amazing after!
Staff are kind, caring, knowledgeable, and take time to explain anything you unsure of, plus before any procedure starts they explain the process . I found my appt time was very personal and detailed. Even have a large tv screen with your picture and dental information for you to explore. That I found very impressive
