This is a new dental office for me, I have had 3 appointments now and I have been very happy with each experience. Dr. Hanna really listens and explains things clearly. Dr Hanna's assistant was wonderful. Kristen did my teeth cleaning and I am extremely happy with it, she was gentle and always making sure I was comfortable. Kristen was so efficient I thought I would be there 1.5-2 hours but she got it done in less than an hour. Thank you to the staff at the front as well. I recommend this dental clinic.
My experience with going to the Dentist went very well. I’ve always been scared to go to a Dentist. My sister got me set up to go here. Dr. Mark Hanna was awesome. He explained everything to me as to what was going to happen. Again I was scared. Dr. Mark Hanna is very caring. Had my work done and couldn’t believe that it wasn’t so bad after all. The receptionists are amazing, the hygienists and dental assistants are so kind and make sure ur okay every step of the way. And the dentist dr gru was amazing. She’s always so kind and gets the job done as quick and efficient as possible. Thanks for the great visit. Even if I had to pay 500 dollars for the dentist at least it was a good experience lol.
Think many times before visiting this clinic!!!!!! They didn’t do the full checkup of my teeth just because I went to another dental clinic prior to visiting them. And they charged me $334 even though they didn’t do the consultation on that day. And they even suggested that they won’t be able to do the correction of my teeth and referred me somewhere else.
