I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chauhan. She is incredibly gentle, caring, understanding, and professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. I especially appreciated that she followed up with me afterward to see how I was doing at home, such a thoughtful touch! The staff is also very welcoming, friendly, and supportive. Healthy Smiles is always so great to go to. Admission is always efficient. The staff are helpful with advice on hygiene and care. I always feel well informed during major dental issues. They offer a whole suite of solutions. Parking is sometimes a problem near meals or when the other businesses have significant traffic. On major bus lines so accessible by transit. They do direct billing to insurance. Numerous touch points via text and email so you don't miss appointments.
During my visit, the staffs are very accomodating and very friendly. The hygienist during my visit was so reassuring, and made sure I am comfortable and the dentist was amazing. I didn’t feel any pain when shes doing the filling her hands were so light. I am very satisfied with the services provided to me during my visit and will definitely comeback for future treatment.
