Great service as usual ! The staff here are so welcoming, informative and just a pleasure to be around when you’re in for a visit. They handle all my boys so well and go the extra mile to make them feel comfortable. We moved to Langley and still make the drive out to come here. 5 stars !
My experience with Healthy Smiles was amazing. Dr. Kim ,she's wonderful. All staff members are welcoming and friendly. I would never switched and go to another place. Healthy smiles, in my opinion, are the best .I've been to so many places, but Healthy Smiles are beyond helpful, gentle, professional. All of them, dentist assistants, dentist, front desk. I got my 6 fillings done. I was very scared in the beginning as I always have phobia from injections. The whole process was quite smooth and painless. Dr cera is very good. She is the best dentist and the assistant was very kind as well. Even the receptionists are awesome and cheerful always. They even helped me with the installment payments to pay in full over the six months as my total bill was quite a huge amount.
My husband and I have been taking our now 2-year-old (was around 6 months when we started), and the experience has been lovely. Both doctors are gentle and patient with him, but our last visit with Dr. Chohan was especially a breakthrough with his comfort level. The assistant, I can't remember her name, was also very patient and kind towards him, and neither were forceful in getting him to open his mouth. I had my first dental checkup today, and it was a great experience. The staff was very welcoming, and the doctors made me feel completely at ease. I'll definitely be back for future visits.
