What an amazing dentist’s office. We had trouble with two other dentists, Heritage ACTUALLY cares. The receptionists were so kind and told me how much I had left with my benefits, so I could target exactly what I needed to focus on and when. They are super quick to coordinate with your insurance. They didn’t overcharge and let me know that, through my coverage, exams wouldn’t be covered with cleaning so went ahead and asked if I’d like to book separate appointments. What a deal breaker. Heritage House Dental - we were just in the area and saw this incredible heritage building
Very good dentists and hygienists, the best reception/office personnel I've been fortunate to have encountered, and not to mention the gorgeous building they are in. Choosing them have been one of the better decisions our family have made.
Some hygienists are very unprofessional, and treat people differently according to the colour of their skin. However, the lead dentist (Dr. Yolanda Li) is amazing, very knowledgeable, nice and detail oriented. I would give Dr. Li a solid 5 star.
Extremely kid friendly, easy to get/change appointments, and very knowledgeable dentists and hygienists. We called with an urgent concern and a dentist was on the phone talking us through our options and doing a risk assessment on the phone with us. The care and treatment we received made us switch our whole family to this clinic from our old clinic.
