Dr. Piplani is one of the best dentists out there! She is knowledgeable, patient and concise in explaining the procedures, the staff is friendly and gentle, the office is clean, and the equipment is advanced and always up to date. I’ve been trying different dentists and clinics throughout the years and I’m truly impressed by my experience here, best by far. I highly recommend!
Have always received high quality care at High Park Smile Studio for many years. Very well coordinated preemptive care to highlight potential issues, very qualified professionals using their skills and the latest technology. The care to remedy various situations is thorough, from start to finish. The issues are described in terms I can understand, and their work has been exceptional. Dr. Peplani and staff provide excellent service, which is why I've been going to High Park Smile Studio for over 30 years (formerly owned by Dr. Tim Milligan). Dr. Peplani takes the time to provide a holistic approach, treating not just a mouth, but the entire person. She provides helpful advice not just for immediate oral care but ways to improve the coordination between multiple dental practitioners in more complex patients like myself. Her thorough, expert, and painless care is greatly appreciated.
I started seeing Dr. Piplani about 2 years ago. I am impressed with her knowledge and ability to answer all my questions, and she made me feel comfortable by explaining the procedures before she did them. The hygienists are also very gentle and personable. They are also kid friendly. All the staff are patient with my kid, they have quite the selection of stickers and small toys, and they have a cool aquarium in the waiting room to keep them occupied during my always short wait. Staff is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They answered my questions about whitening and work with us and our insurance so we can make good decisions. Oh—and the best part? Gentle but thorough so that I can relax (a bit scared from past dental trauma elsewhere). Highly recommended.
