had to wait 5 minutes past my appointment time but no big deal. the staff greeted me and my hygienist (Katie) was great, she explained what was going to happen, had genuine concern of any changes. made me comfortable as can be for a dental clean. top notch service from this place. dentist came to see my results and also explained my teeth health. i recommend this place.
Highgate dental is a great place to go. The staff are all friendly. From reception to the Dentists. They always make you feel welcome and comfortable. Never have any issues when we go in. The office is always clean and ready to go. I recommend going here to everyone. Thank you for always making us feel welcome and safe.
Dr. Song is a very experienced dentist and my wisdom extraction procedure was as quick and as painless as anyone could get thanks to his skillful technique. From anaesthesia injection to extraction to after surgery care, he never missed and his assistance is also knowledgable that gave me the reassurance I need when I was in distressed. 💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛
I had my teeth cleaned recently and Katie did an amazing job as she has always done for many years. They feel like brand new teeth, are super smooth and shiny. I always suggest to my friends and family to use Highgate Dental. They have great hours too. If I were the owners and had a healthy budget/good cash flow, I would award her with a 10 day paid vacation including airfare. :) 😀 If not, I'm sure a hi 5 would be OK. Thanks Katie!
My first time at this office. The Hygienist I had, Katie, was very good. perhaps the best scaling I have ever had. Her use of the ultrasonic scaler is very gentle, letting the tool do the work. Her manner is very calm and professional. I will insist on having Katie as my Hygienist on my future appointments.
