I got my veneers done by Dr. Brian Son, at HighGate dental and I am extremely happy with the results! I now have a beautiful smile and brand-new teeth. He did an amazing job—very skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. The staff was also friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. My experience here is terrible! Dentists did an excellent job , though they can tell patients clearer on what they gonna do. Front desk is awful, no communications at all with me. Went in for a crack tooth and had to do a root canal and a crown, front desk told me I will hav to pay 750$ out from my pocket which is fine so I paid that but the last day when everything was finished, they said I owe them 600$ more! They had two weeks to tell me that before going in for my crown and they didn’t and demanded me to pay! Again, fr... read more
I highly recommend Doctor Nasrin and her assistant Kevin.She is incredibly patient, gentle, and professional. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable during every appointment. I truly appreciate her kindness and the quality of her work. One of the best dentists I’ve ever had!
Absolutely the worst dental experience ever Highgate Dental only cares about money, not patients! My visit to Highgate Dental was a complete nightmare. I went in for a simple tooth filling, but it turned into one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had at a dental clinic. The dentist seemed rushed, barely communicated what was being done, and the filling still feels uncomfortable and uneven. A great clinic with courteous staff, capable hygienists (Harjeet is fantastic), and knowledgeable as well as conscientious dentists (Dr Nasrin, Dr Dadjou). I used to go to a clinic in North Van which is only 10 minutes away, but now I prefer to drive 30 minutes to Highgate Dental as my wife and I have both become Dr Nasrin’s new patients. Highly recommended!
