Absolutely the worst dental experience ever Highgate Dental only cares about money, not patients! My visit to Highgate Dental was a complete nightmare. I went in for a simple tooth filling, but it turned into one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had at a dental clinic. The dentist seemed rushed, barely communicated what was being done, and the filling still feels uncomfortable and uneven. A great clinic with courteous staff, capable hygienists (Harjeet is fantastic), and knowledgeable as well as conscientious dentists (Dr Nasrin, Dr Dadjou). I used to go to a clinic in North Van which is only 10 minutes away, but now I prefer to drive 30 minutes to Highgate Dental as my wife and I have both become Dr Nasrin’s new patients. Highly recommended!
Doctor Brian Son and his assistant Kevin are amazing! For the past 7 months I have been through extreme facial pain. The pain was unbearable and I was crying almost everyday. I went to the hospital two times and saw three different doctors and no one could find anything wrong with me. They prescribed different types of pain medication to me and nothing worked. Worst dental clinic ever total nightmare! Highgate Dental is an absolute disaster. The dentist rushed through my tooth filling, and now it feels worse than before. They tried to charge me for treatments I didn’t even need clearly more interested in money than helping patients. The front desk receptionist is unbelievably rude and unprofessional, with zero respect or basic manners. I regret ever stepping foot in this place. Avoid at all costs! Had the best experience at Highgate Dental ! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and friendly faces by their receptionist team. It made me feel welcomed and happy to be there. I was taken into my appointment on time and my hygienist Joanna who was very nice, asked me about myself and made me feel very comfortable.
