I was in some of the worst pain I ve been in in 50 years on this planet. I called in a pretty desperate situation, they had do work some majoc of.some sort but called me back and got me in very quickly. I walked in pretty malfuctuonctiin human and walked out a 1000 percent better. Service is one thing but this was just kindness at its best getting me in and dealt with so quickly. Thank you again Dr Sharma and everyone over there.

Attempted to make an appointment but wait time was 6 months out. Got in on a cancelation and appreciated it. Was asked the medical questions and insurance questions. Had a cleaning. Lots of water on my face from the process but did a really good job. I used my shirt sleeve to dry off my beard. Had the floride treatment at the end but was not told it was not covered under insurance. Would have skipped it and saved the $27 if I had been informed. Always have a positive experience. The last 2 cleanings were done by a young hygienist last name Laureijs. He is exceptional, such a friendly, kind young man. Best cleanings ever 😊

am very disappointed with this clinic’s communication and scheduling practices. I booked my appointment months in advance and was told I would receive an exam and cleaning. I specifically took time off work for this appointment. When I arrived, I was told they could only do an exam, which was not what I was told when booking. No prior notice was given, resulting in wasted time and lost work hours. Been coming to Highland for over 20 years. Saw my kids AND myself through braces. A lot of new faces but still feel like family. My hygienist Steve and Dr. Jasmine were so friendly. I would recommend Highland Dental to anyone.
