Such a great experience, although the cancellating of my appointment and having to wait months for another was frustrating. Steven whom cleaned my teeth was absolutely amazing ! He made me want to cone back here ! All the girls at the desk are amazing especially Shannon super friendly and always kind !
I’m more than satisfied with my experience at Highland Dental. I spoke with two receptionists and they both did their best to accommodate me, as I was concerned that I was experiencing some discomfort with one tooth. I was placed on a cancellation list and got an appointment the very next day. Dr. Austin spent enough time with me to explain exactly what was happening and answered all my questions.
Always such a great experience! accommodating, friendly, helpful, are a few words I would use to describe the staff at Highland Dental. I am grateful to have this practice as our family dentist.
They were very accommodating when my husband was unable to have his extractions done in the office they gave me his appt and saved me 6 weeks wait time. Dr Sharma was very informative , answered all my questions and gave me options regarding my present top denture which is in need of repair. It is so gratifying when a Dr actually listens to you. I would recommend Dr Sharma and Highland Dental to anyone I know who is in need of dental care.
Went in most recently for broken enamel on molar. In and out in 40 minutes. Dr. Sharma and staff are awesome. Our whole family are patients here.
