Office manager needs to take classes in servicing/working with the public. Rude, zero humanity and poor explanations. Daughter drove 45 minutes to be told she would need to spend $200 on additional X-rays before a simple cleaning could be performed. Been going to this office for 15+ years and never had a problem. Always courteous friendly staff and caring dentists. We moved from San Antonio to Boerne and found this dentist. Schedule an appointment on a Friday and meet a great dentist. Who did some work. Had to follow up a month later to complete work. They called me the week before due to. They had an opening in their schedule so I went ahead and scheduled with them. Then the day of they called and canceled the appointment due to the dentist was sick. It would not be able to keep my original scheduled time and I’ve had to wait two months later to finish the work. We cannot say enough about the staff and care we received. They all went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Each staff member explained in detail each step from our cleaning to a crown. Our drive is well over an hour but they stayed with us until everything was completed so we wouldn't have to make an extra trip! Dr. Riley is the best!

I am always so satisfied with the care I receive at Hill Country Dental center. The hygienists and Dr. Riley (I see him every time I have an appointment) are excellent. They are professional, efficient and thorough and I am always made to feel comfortable. In the past, I was always afraid to go to the dentist, but the staff and doctors at this facility are always so upbeat, sometimes funny, and caring that I am always relaxed. They are, in my humble opinion, The Best.

Great Experience! Everytime I go for cleaning or filling even repair. Hygienist always welcoming and knowledgeable. Dentist always make sure I am informed on what procedure I am having and always answer any questions and make sure I am comfortable. Receptionist and Manager always friendly and let me know what my insurance slows and any payment options I have.
