My wife had a wonderful experience at this dental office. Dr Garcia was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making her feel confident and at ease. Dental assistant Jenn was kind, gentle, and attentive throughout the visit, ensuring she was comfortable at every step. The front desk staff were welcoming, efficient, and friendly, making the check-in and scheduling process smooth and stress-free.
As a new patient, I had a very positive experience with Dr. Garcia and her team! I am an extremely nervous dental patient but Dr. Garcia, Jenn and Raimey were so caring and very patient with me during my recent cleaning and appointments. All of the front office staff were very professional and friendly. I’m so glad I was able to find them!!
Now I know it's been a number of years since I have visited a Dentist, but is THIS HOW IT WORKS NOW? I've never before been "UPSOLD" at a dentist office until I visited Hill Co Dental Center. As a "new patient" I go in for a basic "cleaning" which is covered by insurance and walk out with a $69 bill. I don't believe I received anything special, it felt and it appeared to me that I received a basic cleaning. Everyone is very nice and helpful! Some front desks at clinics tend to not be helpful or want to be there, but the front desk here is solid and goes out of their way. They were very careful and thorough with my concerns. They were able to get me an appointment pretty quickly. Dr. Garcia and Lacy worked on my teeth and they were awesome. They had great bedside manners and I felt truly in good care. They are also reasonably priced.
