Excellent experience at Hillcrest Mall Dental. Dr. Yazdi was professional, gentle, caring, and explained every step before doing it, always making sure I was comfortable and not in pain. The male dentist who previously restored my other teeth was also highly skilled and did an excellent job. The front desk staff were friendly and organized, and I appreciated receiving a clear, detailed invoice. Overall, a professional team with outstanding patient care. Highly recommended.Ā

I had a genuinely good experience with the dentist and the staff member who performed my cleaning/check-up. They were professional, respectful, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk/customer service side was extremely disappointing. I called regarding an insurance concern and was placed on hold for nearly 30 minutes after being told they needed to speak with a manager. From someone who avoids going to the dentist, I was pleased with the service. From the ladies who greet you when you come in, the x-rays and cleaning. The dentist and hygienist were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are slowly changing my ways.Ā
