Could not of asked for better service or treatment. The staff is very friendly and more importantly very organized. Did not have to wait to be seen. I would like to thank Hannah, and Dr. J. Rifkind for all they have done for me. Both have gone over and above my expectation. I would also like to compliment the attending nurse who was very caring and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone getting their dental work done with the Hollinger Dental Group. Good Work you two, I finally did it.
They were really good with my daughter who was a bit nervous about certain tools. They explained them to her very calmly and were very encouraging. They made her feel like she could do it and it out her at ease. She was very happy leaving there!
I’ve been coming to this office for several years now and the dentists and hygienists are excellent. They are knowledgeable, gentle, and make me feel comfortable during appointments, which is the main reason I continue coming back. Unfortunately, my experiences with the front desk have not been as positive. Communication can sometimes feel abrupt or unfriendly, and scheduling interactions have occasionally been frustrating.
Always great friendly service. The multiple agents at the front desks make checking in and out simple and quick. Every hygienist I've seen has been extremely friendly and they do a very good job of cleaning. I recently got a new dentist and she is very efficient and thorough with her inspection.
I recently visited Dr. Alison Clark at Hollinger Dental in Timmins, and once again, the experience was truly flawless. I went in with concerns about discomfort in my mouth, and after a few quick X-rays, Dr. Clark accurately diagnosed a chipped premolar.
