I absolutely love it here! The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ve been coming here since they first opened, and I keep coming back because of the genuine care and support everyone shows. I recently had Dr. Rula place a tooth gem for me, and I’m completely obsessed with it! What a fantastic clinic! I came in for a couple of things now and every time the staff are incredibly friendly, kind and caring. They have such a welcoming atmosphere and make it a point to show me how important I am as a patient. The dentists there are very communicative and always make sure that everything is understood and to my liking. Great service here. Dentists, assistants, hygienists, and receptionists are all very friendly and professional here. They are very clear about insurance coverage and answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend as your dentist if you are a student and live near UW! If you don't want to pay out of pocket (UHIP covers most but not all procedures), you can tell them you don't want to go over your coverage and figure out the best way to book appointments from there.
I would highly recommend Icon Dental Clinic to everyone. Every doctor and receptionist here is very friendly, helpful, and patient. This was my first time having a wisdom tooth removed, and Dr. Morad was very kind and experienced — he removed two teeth in just ten minutes, and it was completely painless. The reception staff also helped me process my insurance automatically, which made everything so easy. I truly recommend this dental clinic!
