I had my first appointment with iDental in Okotoks today and I found all of the staff and Dr Carla to be very welcoming, friendly and very efficient. It was a very welcoming and cozy environment and I was treated very well. As a bonus, Dr Carla does not charge anything over and above what the Canadian Dental Plan covers! This was the only office that I found in Okotoks or south Calgary that didn't charge over and above. Wonderful! I highly recommend iDental!
Great atmosphere. My 11 yr old son gets bad anxiety going to appointments but the girls were fantastic. Down to earth and easy to communicate with. 10/10.

Very caring and detailed staff. The dentist and hygienist clearly know their craft. They take a personalized approach, especially with the use of newer technology. I received excellent service without any overuse of dental benefits and some freebies. Highly recommended.
Dr. Carla is very very good at what she does. And has a Great bedside manner for when she senses we are nervous. Keep up the good work.
