Absolutely amazing experience at Image Dental! From the moment you walk in, the reception staff make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. I booked an appointment through the clinic’s website on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, for a late-night appointment on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. To date, I have not received any confirmation, acknowledgment, or follow-up communication regarding my booking. There has been no email, call, or message to confirm whether the appointment was accepted, reviewed, or scheduled. We are visiting from Toronto and had to find a dentist to help fix my son's mouth expansion appliance because it fell out during our trip. Image dental took us in right away. Dr Drake was very kind, friendly and thorough. He helped us remove our sons appliance very quickly and made our son very comfortable during the process. The front desk receptionist named Alexis was also very friendly. She gave us alot of travel tips for our mountain trip out to Revelstoke. Alexis is amazing up at that front reception. I’d been referred by a good friend to Dr Travis and Sylvie as my hygienist. Both were exceptional. I don’t have insurance so they took into consideration my costs while still looking after my teeth to make sure I don’t have any future problems. Thank you for my first time coming being a positive experience with no surprise costs.
I brought my elderly mother in law to Image Dental. Alexis was very supportive and welcoming us and even assisted with challenges with our insurance. Dr. Travis was patient and compassionate during the consultation and provided a number of options based on her needs. Highly recommend Image Dental!
