Very clean, calm and professional environment. I felt really comfortable with the doctor. He is very skilled and attentive. I went for an extraction and I felt nothing while the procedure. The staff is very kind from the receptionist to the dental assistant. I just moved to Niagara and for sure it will be my primary dental office. 100% recommended!
We recently moved to Niagara falls, ON, and we needed a dentist, and it was not easy to decide to which dental clinic to go to. But when we went to Imagine Dental, we knew it was the right choice. My wife, my two kids and I had several visits, and we were treated in a very excellent professional way. Before even meeting the dentist the experience I had just with the staff while scheduling and checking in were wonderful. When we arrived the wait was not very long and once we had gone in the hygienist was great with my kids and myself. She explained what she was doing it while doing which was helpful to my children to not be as nervous. Once I had met Dr Ray he was a gem. He has a great sense of humour and he was super kind. Dr. Sylvia and her team at Imagine Dental are truly exceptional! Despite my dental anxiety, they consistently make me feel at ease. After relocating to a different city, I had to switch dentists, and Imagine Dental not only accommodated me promptly for an emergency visit but also delivered outstanding customer service throughout. I found Imagine Dental when I was in serious need of new dentist mine had Retired & I had a awful toothache !!
