I had an excellent experience at Imagine Dental! The receptionist lady was very kind, energetic, and had amazing customer service/rapport skills - it was a pleasure to speak with her and have her guide me through the intake process. My dental assistant also did a great job with the dental cleaning and provided knowledgeable advice on the next steps of my dental care along with some materials to aid me as well. Overall, the staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable!
Just had my teeth cleaning done with Ms. Muneebah… she is very polite and excellent at her work. Receptionist is also very welcoming. Visited 1st time today. Satisfied with service. Small interaction with dr. He was also very welcoming and professional.
The Tooth Angel Hello everyone! My name is Leah and I started seeing doctor Ray about 3 years ago . I have been to his other dental practice as well as Imagen dental. I have had severe dental trauma when I was a little girl which caused me to be extremely scared . That all changed when I met Dr. Ray and his team . They always make me feel welcomed comfortable and super stress free. I highly recommend to everyone that is looking for a new dentist or wants to switch !You will not be disappointed 🫶🙏🫶 I love coming here
Doctor Ray and his team are honestly the best. Dodi is always so kind and helpful at the front and helps to relieve a lot of the dental anxiety. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes the dentist, and their team makes it so easy, I’m so so happy. Doctor Ray is building my smile again and helping me feel more confident while also being practical about pricing. Couldn’t recommend this team more
I would like to thank Dr. Raouf Elbatanony for his expertise, care, and gentleness. I went in with severe tooth pain, and he helped relieve so much of it. I would also like to thank Jody for calling me the next day to check on how I was doing — it truly meant a lot. I highly recommend this dental office.
