This place is a gem! Dodi from the front desk is so lovely and friendly and sooo willing to help out. The hygienist is a gem too, my son is very calm during his first visit and she had angel's hand, oh. So gentle. Dr. Sylvia is also kind. Oh, these people are everything. Keep up the good work guys!!! Love this place so much and will be coming back for another visit. ❤️
I had an excellent experience at Imagine Dental! The receptionist lady was very kind, energetic, and had amazing customer service/rapport skills - it was a pleasure to speak with her and have her guide me through the intake process. My dental assistant also did a great job with the dental cleaning and provided knowledgeable advice on the next steps of my dental care along with some materials to aid me as well. Overall, the staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable!
Dental office was easy to enter with only one step. The office was super clean and welcoming and all staff they I encountered was extremely pleasant. Something that has become very rare anymore. I came in for a root canal and Dr ray was so comforting and I did not feel a thing!! I was worried sick about the appointment for nothing. Would highly recommend this office to everyone !
Doctor Ray and his team are honestly the best. Dodi is always so kind and helpful at the front and helps to relieve a lot of the dental anxiety. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes the dentist, and their team makes it so easy, I’m so so happy. Doctor Ray is building my smile again and helping me feel more confident while also being practical about pricing. Couldn’t recommend this team more
From reception to the dentist chair, this is, by far, the best dental office in Niagara. I was genuinely super-impressed with the kindness and understanding; not to mention the patience in explaining the multiple plan options for me so I could make a TRULY informed decision. This is now the only dentist office I will go to from now on.
