Visiting Innovative Dental Specialists for the first time was a wonderful experience from the time I walked through the doors. I was greeted with a welcoming smile and the facility was clean and spotless. All the staff was kind and professional. Dr Loiseau was very friendly, open, and informative. He was thorough with the examination, and he answered all of my questions and concerns. I would 100% recommend Innovative Dental Specialists of McKinney to my friends.

I got all 4 wisdom teeth extracted under IV sedation and so far, it’s been a very positive experience despite my initial anxiety about the procedure. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Dr. Loiseau has such a calming presence. They sent me home with a goody bag of everything I needed for recovery. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Loiseau & his staff is absolutely Ah-mazing!! They are very thorough and ensure you know all the options you have available regarding your situation! Best Periodontist in North Texas! I've followed him for years! And now he has his own practice! I wouldn't trust another!

Great experience. My son was referred by his regular dentist for a root canal. They got him in quickly. The staff was very kind. Dr. Arbaugh explained everything in great detail and texted me the following day to check on my son. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Loiseau and his staff! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The office was super nice, very clean and modern, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I felt completely at ease being that I get nervous when I go to the dentist. I definitely got the best dental visit I’ve ever had!! I do recommend them 10/10, also I had an implant done and it was very painless!!!
