From the first greeting and handshake, I knew I was in phenomenal hands when needing an extraction and implant with Dr Loiseau. No anesthesia, no problem, was quickly and adequately numb as he started the process, and even with a crumbling tooth, he was able to manage smoothly with great communication, ensuring my comfort, and got the implant in and sutured before I thought the tooth was even removed. Dr. Loiseau and his staff are highly skilled and extremely personable. They put me at ease prior to my dental procedure. Dr. Loiseau clearly explained his plan of treating my issue. The office staff is very friendly and excel in communication. This brand new office location is very modern with state of the art equipment, such as their 3D X-ray machine. I had an amazing experience at Dr. Arbaugh’s office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Arbaugh took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my procedure. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients!
