I had a very good experience with the dental hygienist yesterday. She was very informative &friendly & pleasant. I also have had some teeth pulled by Dr. Fines & was glad to see that pulling my wisdom teeth out wasn't as bad as I thought it would. Great job!
Dr. Fines and his team at Interlake Dental are, in a word, incredible. In much more than a word: Like a lot of people, I’ve carried a bit of a fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Fines is an excellent dentist. He has lots of patience and explains all procedures clearly. The receptionists are very friendly and super helpful. They tell you what your best options are without being over priced.
I had a great experience here getting a filling done. The staff were friendly from the moment I walked in, and the dentist took the time to explain what was going to happen and checked in with me throughout. The freezing worked quickly, the actual filling was done fast, and I was in and out much sooner than I expected. No pain, no pressure, and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I really appreciate how professional and approachable everyone was, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend them to others.
Pleasant service. Reception was willing to accommodate me for something else I had scheduled, which made me feel like they value my time. However accommodation was no longer required, I still very much appreciated the service. My children left the office happy.
