I had a tooth extraction eight days ago and recently revisited the clinic due to persistent pain caused by food debris at the site. Dr. Rollingson and his Dental Hygienist provided excellent care, making me feel at ease while administering treatment to the socket without charges. Their professionalism and kindness significantly alleviated my discomfort. The staff were also friendly. I highly recommend Ivory Dental for their service. Thank you very much.
Great staff to get me in so quickly to see a new dentist to us -since our fairly recent move from BC. At least only a crown reset, and no pain. I was assured all was good, professional and friendly all around. Big plus too, the Canada Dental plan payment went thru! We have our cleanings booked too in just a few weeks- not months to get in! So far so good!!
I had such a great experience at Ivory Dental in Lethbridge. The service was outstanding, the staff were incredibly friendly, and everyone made me feel welcome and well cared for. You can really tell they value their patients and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. The whole team was professional, kind, and easy to talk to, which made the visit comfortable and stress-free. I really appreciate the amazing care I received and would definitely recommend Ivory Dental to anyone looking for a great dental office.
For a person who dislikes the dentist, I had a wonderful experience with my Hygienist Derryl. She was lovely to chat to and was very gentle in the way she handled my cleaning. Explaining the different equipment that can be used for a cleaning. For this, I was truly grateful, as it put me at ease and I felt more relaxed. Thanks Ivory :)
I can’t recommend this office enough. I recently had a crown done, and as always, the dentist and hygienist were fantastic. They were running a little behind schedule, but they were so thoughtful that they gave me a $10 coffee card for the wait! What really sets them apart is their empathy.
