Been going to the office for a number of years, and have always received superb service. The administrative staff is very helpful kind and understanding of complex needs. The hygienists and dentists work with you, checking in on comfort often. This is a wonderful team!! I highly recommend this incredible dentist !!
I had my teeth cleaning which was 47 minutes +/- 2 minutes with 90% confidence limits. It was very good and cheap price because I do have insurance coverage. Something like ~$37.00 , +/- $1.00 with 100% certainty limits. That was yesterday: Tuesday, November 10{12}, 1208{12} = Tuesday, November 12(X), 2024(X).
Amazing Staff! Kind and friendly receptionists, Jonanna's gentle touch and Dr. Butlers kind beside mannar made the fear of the dentist disappear!! Highly recommend all ages to visit James Bay Dental! Thank you to you all for an amazing experience!
This appointment was great and restored my trust in James Bay Dental. Dr. Singla and her assistant were great and respected my specific request. They were attentive and reassuring. Thank you!
They treat me very well and are gracious and painless. My only issue with them is they don't allow patients to pay with cash for overruns of coverage. Cash is still a legal way to pay bills, and paying cash should be permitted.
