We moved to Simcoe two years ago and we are so glad we found Jarvis family dental!! We have been going there for two years now and my four kids absolutely love the staff and they are so patient and kind to my kids, making them feel so comfortable! Very clean and easy to schedule appointments. Highly recommend this place if your looking for a family dentist.

I went to this location for the first time today. I’ve had poor experiences with other dental clinics in the past and was a little nervous about my visit today. Upon entering, I met 2 great receptionists that were very kind and informative. Once in the exam room with Kelly, she made me feel so so comfortable! I was a little skeptical, but she assured me and encouraged me throughout the entire appointment. Kelly, you are INCREDIBLE! You are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable.. the list goes on. Staff smells of stale tobacco putting hands in mouth. Very aggressive causing pain. Breaking suction tube while in my mouth after I told them they were hurting me. And I was told, well they have to keep my tongue down. I responded, But I also need to breathe!!!! She would lay the suction tube across my bare neck and across my chest. Water dripping all down my neck and face and into my shirt. Super aggressive! Xray picture was aggressive and hurt me.
