Had an appointment yesterday with Michelle, the dental hygienist. She was amazing…very detailed in both her procedures and also in the explanation of what she was doing. She was also very clear in advising me in terms of proper care of teeth and gums. I’m not young but I think that yesterday was the most comprehensive hygiene appointment I have experienced. Very professional!!!!!
My husband has Lewy Body Dementia and it is very difficult to move him to the dental chair. The staff at Kanata Lakes Dental Centre is always extremely helpful and understanding when my husband needs dental care. Dr. Lau and his team have always made the process easier for both my husband and myself. I would certainly recommend them for any dental concerns, especially, in our case, for elderly patients. I highly recommend Dr. Lao and the team! I’ve been going there for more than 20 years and they are consistently gentle, professional, and thorough. I recently had a dental crown done, and the staff ensured I was comfortable the entire time. They take the time to explain everything clearly and never make you feel rushed. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming. Five-star service!
I had a dental emergency on Friday evening, and this was one of the only clinics open on Saturday. Not only that, but they also graciously accepted to see me, even if treatment went until after closing hours. The dentist Dr. Ezra was extremely professional and took his time to take care of my tooth. The office manager was very accommodating and kind. I am forever grateful for their service.
