I’ve been a patient in this clinic for more than 10 years, and my family always see one hygienist. Yesterday July 10, had an appointment but was given a different hygienist. I wasn’t informed before hand that my hygienist is not available. So the experienced was not as comfortable as before. Would appreciate next time if we are inform earlier.
Great experience. Love Lisa as a hygienist. She has given me lots of helpful tips. Dr Lau is always gentle with me, as I am nervous and I appreciate that! I had a separate health issue and they also helped me with that.
Like most people, a visit to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do! This was my first visit to Kanata Lakes Dental Centre and I was delighted by the pleasant reception I received from the moment I opened the door. Jennifer was my hygienist and, not only extremely efficient, but also very pleasant. Thank you.
Dr. Kapoor is brilliant in his service. He knows what he's doing and explains you all the tasks as he carries them out. The Hygienists, staffs are nice and understanding. Absolutely recommend this place with my experience here so far.
