Dr. Lau is an exceptional dentist. He is so competent and pleasant that I will recommend him to my friends and family. He has a way of making you feel comfortable and relaxed. He has a great sense of humour and seems to really enjoy his work. I left his office with a brighter smile!
The entire staff was wonderful. I brought my very nervous 90 year old mom, who hadn’t been to a dentist in decades. EVERYONE made her feel comfortable with their care, patience and concern. THANK YOU. I never thought I’d say this about a dentist: Dr. Lau is an absolute gem. Kind, caring and a wonderful sense of humor. Thank you Dr. Lau for being so nice.
My husband has Lewy Body Dementia and it is very difficult to move him to the dental chair. The staff at Kanata Lakes Dental Centre is always extremely helpful and understanding when my husband needs dental care. Dr. Lau and his team have always made the process easier for both my husband and myself. I would certainly recommend them for any dental concerns, especially, in our case, for elderly patients. I had my dental appointment yesterday and I have to say, one of the hygienists I saw was absolutely incredible. I’m not going to mention her name (because I don’t want everyone booking with her and then I won’t be able to get my own appointment 😅), but she is truly one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. These guys are a straight up scam Refused to fix my sharp tooth with dental bonding, citing that I grind my teeth as an excuse In stead they opted for dental polishing (grinding) which made it worse. Came out of the appointment very disappointed I also need 10 fillings but they would not book me for a filling until I got 3 cleanings with the hygienist. Insurance inky covers one.
