I had my dental appointment yesterday and I have to say, one of the hygienists I saw was absolutely incredible. I’m not going to mention her name (because I don’t want everyone booking with her and then I won’t be able to get my own appointment 😅), but she is truly one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. Over the past few years, Dr. Lau, at Kanata Lakes Dental Centre, along with the staff at the clinic, have gone above and beyond, on numerous occasions, to ensure that I receive the best care possible. I am extremely grateful that in the space of one week, I went from having a missing front tooth, to having a perfect smile, in time for my daughter’s wedding. For a person with severe anxiety when it comes to Dental care, I was EXTREMELY pleased with the care and correspondence throughout my appointments. Dr. Lau and his team are amazing, and I highly recommend them if you have anxiety like myself.
I recently had an appointment at Kanata Lakes Dental Centre with Dr. John Lau, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. Typically, dental visits make me quite anxious, but Dr. Lau’s professionalism and attention to detail immediately put me at ease. Calm, clean environment. Friendly and professional staff at reception - medical / measles screening done. All Dental professionals( including hygienists, dental assistants and drs) are efficient, thorough and experienced at services given. In my opinion they don’t overcharge and only do necessary treatments.
