The good folks at Kanata Dental squeezed me into a busy schedule. Very much appreciated. I received good advice and thoughtful care from Dr. Lau. I was able to complete my vacation without pain. Perfect!
I’ve been a patient in this clinic for more than 10 years, and my family always see one hygienist. Yesterday July 10, had an appointment but was given a different hygienist. I wasn’t informed before hand that my hygienist is not available. So the experienced was not as comfortable as before. Would appreciate next time if we are inform earlier.
Dr Lau is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Very caring and takes fantastic care of you. I used to be petrified of going to the dentist for years but he’s puts me at ease no longer scared thanks to dr Lau and his staff
My appointment was on time . The Hygenist was very upbeat and took the edge off about what was to happen. She as very professional in all aspects. The Dr. was very professional also. I hate needles and he did it professionally. My tooth was out in no time and I was given instructions to follow the day of the extraction and medication to take for the next 7 days. Great experience. Love Lisa as a hygienist. She has given me lots of helpful tips. Dr Lau is always gentle with me, as I am nervous and I appreciate that! I had a separate health issue and they also helped me with that.
