Dr. Lau is an exceptional dentist. He is so competent and pleasant that I will recommend him to my friends and family. He has a way of making you feel comfortable and relaxed. He has a great sense of humour and seems to really enjoy his work. I left his office with a brighter smile!
The entire staff was wonderful. I brought my very nervous 90 year old mom, who hadn’t been to a dentist in decades. EVERYONE made her feel comfortable with their care, patience and concern. THANK YOU. I never thought I’d say this about a dentist: Dr. Lau is an absolute gem. Kind, caring and a wonderful sense of humor. Thank you Dr. Lau for being so nice.
My husband has Lewy Body Dementia and it is very difficult to move him to the dental chair. The staff at Kanata Lakes Dental Centre is always extremely helpful and understanding when my husband needs dental care. Dr. Lau and his team have always made the process easier for both my husband and myself. I would certainly recommend them for any dental concerns, especially, in our case, for elderly patients. This was a delightful dental experience. Some cleanings can be a nightmare, not here though! Lisa was professional, gentle, courteous and my teeth look and feel great!
After taking a fall that resulted in the need of dental work I wasn’t sure what could be done. As always, Dr. Lau and the Kanata Lakes Dental Centre came through. I have more dental work to be done but feel confident in the team and know I’m in good hands.
