Two prompt appointments, treated with dignity and respect. Dr. Kaplan is thorough and personable and Manny is the best hygienist in the dang province at minimum. So glad to have found this gem of a team. Highly recommended!!
Today I received a "best ever" dental cleaning from Manuela, a Kaplan Clinic mainstay. Dr. Kaplan then followed up with his usual expert and trusted review of this older man's (i.e. my) need for further preventative interventions here and there. My faith in a great dental office continues to be maintained, along with my still bright smile:)
Overall my experience with the dentist was great but I have an issue that I was waiting to make mention of, as a tall black man and immigrant after 4 years in Canada the passive aggressive stuble racism is tiring. On my first visit one of the dental hygienist made very rude comment about my lack of knowledge on my last visit I said nothing at the time because wanted this process over. By now I'm used to the underhanded comment and I'm happy my partner overheard what she said, it's funny how people always jump to conclusion ... read more
The entire team at Dr Kaplans office are the best. I switched to this dentist after a horrible experience (at College and Dufferin) and was nervous and apprehensive, but they have all been so amazing since day one. They are so calm, patient and understanding, and procedures are always done with care and respect. I would (and do) recommend them to everyone.
Kaplan Dental Clinic is professional with a good reminder system so you don't forget appointments! My cleaning was thorough and the hygienist is always friendly. Reception is spacious and the ladies at the desk are efficient and happy to see you.
