My experience at Kaplan dental was nothing short of amazing. Staff and dentist were both professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend.
Update: Doctor Kaplan basically told me on the phone and to my face he doesn't care. The staff who has been ignoring my messages and calls for a month then went onto to claim they're are scared! Caught a dangerous bacteria and they totally dismissed me knowing my immune system is already compromised from underlying condition this has been a horrifying experience! Two prompt appointments, treated with dignity and respect. Dr. Kaplan is thorough and personable and Manny is the best hygienist in the dang province at minimum. So glad to have found this gem of a team. Highly recommended!!
The entire team at Dr Kaplans office are the best. I switched to this dentist after a horrible experience (at College and Dufferin) and was nervous and apprehensive, but they have all been so amazing since day one. They are so calm, patient and understanding, and procedures are always done with care and respect. I would (and do) recommend them to everyone.
Dr. Kaplan is the best! He always takes care that he understands the situation to ensure the right solution. I very much trust that he is giving me the best care!
