Dr Yassine, the receptionist, and the whole team at Kent Street dental are wonderful. They are very reassuring and transparent about what treatment needs to get done. As a nervous dental patient, there aren't enough words to describe how much I appreciate their patience, understanding, and care. I will continue to recommend them to my friends. Thank you again!
By far by far the most pleasant hygiene appt at a dentist EVER. I've been traumatized by dentists since a kid, suffered thru a facial reconstruction at 20...the hygienist's care made the visit smooth and even enjoyable. Great welcome too from the start. That team lives up to all the Ottawa awards displayed in the waiting room.
After multiple bad experiences at my previous dentist, I had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. From my first visit, this clinic addressed it and helped me feel comfortable! Everyone is so kind and the communication is open and upfront without judgment. I couldn't recommend this clinic more!
I never have any issues! Very professional, loves his craft therefore it shows in his work. The staff is friendly they all work as a team to make your experience the top.
I had the "near perfect experience" at my Dentist and Hygenists office yesterday. I am a Senior and was due for my regular cleaning. I had the most marvelous Hygienist , Delicia who was so gentle with me. She understood my needs and took care with me I needed a filing of one tooth and Dr Yassine did not charge me. The front staff are always pleasant 😊 and welcoming
