Staff & facility was defiantly on point with 5 STARS!! Dr. Kerhoulas himself was Amazing! this was my first visit with Dr. Kerhoulas and he made me feel very comfortable, explained the entire process of full exam, what he was checking for and why he was checking; he did it in a manner that someone that didn't go to dental school could understand! I have been going to this location for a long time and usually have a great experience. However, yesterday was different. I was dealing with a painful wisdom tooth and wanted to see the dentist, but they told me I had to book a cleaning first. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be able to see the dentist until October. Love my hygienist forgot her name but a sweet Filipino lady- The past few times I visited, I experienced long wait times of over 30 minutes despite having an appointment. This is disappointing, as they used to be very reliable. Additionally, I've had appointments cancelled due to poor communication.
I've been a patient for well over 30 years and the people and the service is why I keep going back. Gary and his staff are amazing and they treat myself and family as one of there's. Keep up the good work guys.
I have been a patient of Kerhoulas Dental for 35+ years. Always feel welcome by Gary’s tremendous staff. Yesterday’s visit was great. Dr Kaplan was fabulous. He made me feel relaxed and always inquired how I was doing during the procedure. His assistant was excellent too. Sorry, I forgot her name.
