Dawson dental has been the most consistent dental office I’ve been to. I ran into some health problems recently which has not allowed me to have / make the time to book an appointment - They have always followed up and understood and finally I was able to make an appointment & unfortunately had a cavity, but they understood and knew how hard it was for me to rebook another appointment & they were able to accommodate me right away and get it filled! I am beyond impressed and happy that this is my home dental office!
This dental office is awful. I switched to Dawson Dental Keswick after moving from Aurora for convenience, but this has resulted in unnecessary stress and thousands of dollars in unexpected dental costs due to poor communication and lack of accountability. The ONLY positives are the receptionist and hygienists. In 2024, I saw Dr. Roghayeh Gholikhani for a chipped tooth. I was told it was minor and only needed a small filling. Dental hygienist failed to notice nor mention massive cavity on molar that has been present for almost 2 years. It was only "picked up" when I requested an x-ray after a cleaning. Dentist here appeared "Happy" that he has a new root canal to do. My Toronto dentist told me that the cavity was too advanced to do a root canal and subsequently I had it pulled there. Always a great experience. My hygienist Jenna is the best. She makes me feel comfortable, always friendly, and explains everything a way I understand. My teeth sparkle. Thx Jenna, you rock!!
I need some extensive work done to all of my teeth. I have just come from my second appointment with Dr. Sokalsky. He is so good with clients like me, as I am not a fan of dental work. He talked me through everything that needs to be done and how he will do it. His plan is great. I wish I had met him 40 years ago. Keswick Dental Studio provides every kind of care. The staff is very friendly and they help make the dental experience a good one. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.
