This was our daughter’s first time at the dentist and she was very nervous. The staff made the appointment so enjoyable. They were very kind and understanding. Will be brining the rest of the kids in.
Have had my daughter going here for years now and gave always been very happy with them. They are always very informative and also are willing to work with you regarding payments. Would recommend to everyone! The staff are also very good with the kids. They do a great job with helping the children feel less nervous about the dentist. My daughter has had serious dental work done when she was little and a little of everything on between. Great job all around Kids R Us! Keep up the great work you all do!
We are going to miss Dr Sandra Schwann after 20 + years of being the only doctor that has ever worked on my Intellectual Disabled daughter… Her approach and sweetness are second to none… Thank you Dr Schwann for your kindness and compassion… we will miss you a lot…. Very professional and considerate staff. The hygienists and dentists alike are kind and patient with even my craziest kid (now 5 yrs)! The office is also well maintained and pleasant to be in. I only wish the waiting room entertainment were all working (tablet type screens and small arcade machines not always working or easy to use).
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Kids R Us! From the moment my kids and I walked in to the first visit, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. Everyone is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring, and not just with the kids, but with parents too. My youngest child had a terrible dentist experience in the past, which has caused high anxiety about dentist visits.
