Dr Dunn & his team are top notch! I was experiencing extremely painful teeth trauma that resulted in two root canals, and two fillings over 10 days. Dr Dunn was available by phone for consultation, filling prescriptions, always listened and carefully explained options to me. The team made above and beyond accommodations for me. We are lucky to have Dr Dunn, and his team in our community of Kimberley, BC! Not only a great dentist but a great guy!

Clinic is very pleasant and bright. equipment looks Very modern and clean. My statement showed no cost for the services I received covered by the government, but there was an additional cost Without any detail. I queried the total of the services rendered and was told it was over $400 but I was not given any explanation of the charges made. I would like to have been informed of what the costs were for, but the staff didn’t seem prepared to do so.
I’m an autistic adult diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos and anxiety. So as you can imagine, going to a dental appointment can be a bit stressful for me but not with Kimberley Family Dental. They have always been fantastic to interact with. The ladies who work reception are always warm and inviting. Dr. Dunn is very patient and easy to talk to. Recently I got my teeth cleaned. I had Tammy the dental hygienist do a cleaning of my teeth. She was very thorough and found some infection around the gum of a crown where I had a root canal procedure done. She cleaned out the infected area, irrigated it with a medication to stop any further infection and was very communicative as she did each step.
