WORST PLACE EVER AND THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! DON’T GO THERE. THEY JUST WILL USE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT PROVIDE A TREATMENT. I WANT TO SUE THIS DENTAL CLINIC. THEY USED MY $1000 INSURANCE FOR JUST A CLEANING AND DIDN’T FIX MY CAVITIES WHICH CAUSE ME A PAIN, FILLINGS MUST BE DONE FIRST!! I CAN LIVE WITHOUT A CLEANING BUT I CAN’T LIVE WITH TOOTHACHE! Visited King and Weston Dental Clinic today for a routine dental cleaning. I was a patient of the previous dentist Dr. Bernbaum since I was a young child maybe 6 or 7 years of age and I am now almost 40 years old. I was very sad at the fact that my dentist was retiring but decided to continue visiting the same location nonetheless. I love the Dental Clinic: the doctor is amaaazing. It’s clean and makes you comfortable throughout the process of extraction.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, thorough treatment, client-centred care. Dr. Butt is phenomenal -- skilled, kind, and sensible. Administrator Jessica is incredibly organized, personable and flexible. The hygienists are capable, efficient, and gentle. Who knew a dental appointment could be an enjoyable experience?
My partner called this morning to get an emergency appointment and extraction of a tooth. Got to the office 45 minutes early, door was locked. Had to call to get someone to let him in. Not even 2 minutes of being let in and sitting down the secretary says that there's no dentist on site, hands my partner a phone and the person on the other side asks if he can go to their other site instead.
