It always a great experience for my family to attend the clinic. It is super professional , gentle, and patience to all customers. The whole team are dedicate, kindness, and knowledgeable in helping out with the situation. Highly recommend for anyone who is in search of the dental clinic.
WORST PLACE EVER AND THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! DON’T GO THERE. THEY JUST WILL USE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT PROVIDE A TREATMENT. I WANT TO SUE THIS DENTAL CLINIC. THEY USED MY $1000 INSURANCE FOR JUST A CLEANING AND DIDN’T FIX MY CAVITIES WHICH CAUSE ME A PAIN, FILLINGS MUST BE DONE FIRST!! I CAN LIVE WITHOUT A CLEANING BUT I CAN’T LIVE WITH TOOTHACHE! IT’S CRUEL! NOT HUMAN AND NOT PROFESSIONAL!
Visited King and Weston Dental Clinic today for a routine dental cleaning. I was a patient of the previous dentist Dr. Bernbaum since I was a young child maybe 6 or 7 years of age and I am now almost 40 years old. I was very sad at the fact that my dentist was retiring but decided to continue visiting the same location nonetheless. I love the Dental Clinic: the doctor is amaaazing. It’s clean and makes you comfortable throughout the process of extraction.
My partner called this morning to get an emergency appointment and extraction of a tooth. Got to the office 45 minutes early, door was locked. Had to call to get someone to let him in. Not even 2 minutes of being let in and sitting down the secretary says that there's no dentist on site, hands my partner a phone and the person on the other side asks if he can go to their other site instead.
