Super clean and relaxing space. Staff were very sweet! My hygienist had to cancel last minute and Dr. Lee was kind enough to clean my teeth after my examination. The examination was very throughout and professional. Dr. Lee gave me many opportunities to ask questions.
Dr Kelsey Li is truly amazing!!! I’ve been a patient of Dr Li for over 2 years now and she’s treated many of my family and friends throughout their toothaches, fillings, root canals, tooth extractions, an even invasalign treatments. But besides her caliber, she’s very sincere, caring, and absolutely puts her patients’ best interests first. I've been seeing Dr. Li for years. She is always extremely professional and her work is high quality. I've been to many dentists in downtown Toronto and she is by far the best.
I had a great experience at Kingsview Dental. When I heard that Dr. Lee had moved to this location, I followed her there because my prior experience having a filing in 2021 was excellent. It didn't feel like I'd had any dental work. The same experience this time. There was no soreness immediately after or the next day. Usually, my gums hurt a bit or my tooth aches, but not with her. Her staff is also very pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Li is truly the most skilled dentist I have ever had work on my teeth. I have had complicated work that relied on a courageous coordination of timelines and it was done with finesse and professionalism. Costs, billing, and scheduling discussions have been transparent and professional. I can’t recommend this practice enough. This review might read a bit fake due to the amount that I’m gushing…but it’s truly a gem in downtown Toronto.
