I had an outstanding experience at this dental office! From start to finish, the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Sue at the reception was incredibly polite and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made the check-in process seamless. Tristan went above and beyond to help sort out my insurance issues, making it one less thing for me to worry about. Outstanding welcoming associates and Jessica was great. Profession, friendly and efficient. Only problem was traffic getting there. It was different when I worked in Beamsville, but not that I'm retired, the drive is okay, but the construction is a killer.

This was our first time here (Mom and Son) the staff were very friendly and inclusive. Shares X-rays and included me in treatment plans. Very accommodating regarding appointments. The hygienists were also very gentle. I am happy to have made the switch.

I was referred to Kingsway and I'm thrilled that I was! Excellent friendly down to earth staff! Dentist is gentle and knows her stuff! 100% satisfaction, I'd recommend her to everyone!
