This was my son’s first dentist appointment. He is three. The dental hygienist was so friendly and good with him, and so was the dentist. They made it fun for him, so he had a great experience.
I feel so relaxed during a cleaning. I know it sounds weird but it a time of no phones, nobody needing me and no chores to do. My hygienist was kind and gentle.
Relaxed and welcoming office. I am very happy with my dental hygienist Chrissy, whom i have been going to for 4 years. She is thorough, gentle, and very personable. Same has to be said about Dr. Amita Bhikadia. She has done an extraction, filling, and a bridge for me last year. I was very pleased with the quality of her work. She is very knowledgeable, gentle, and takes great care when doing a procedure. I am definitely in good hands!
I had an outstanding experience at this dental office! From start to finish, the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Sue at the reception was incredibly polite and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made the check-in process seamless. Tristan went above and beyond to help sort out my insurance issues, making it one less thing for me to worry about. I returned to Kingsway Family Dentistry after a few years due to the lack of coverage after my husband retired. Thankfully we are able to have been accepted by the government coverage. Sue, at the reception desk greeted me and welcomed me back. We chatted for a couple of minutes until Jessica arrived to escort me to her office.
