I had a cleaning yesterday and it was an enjoyable experience. Usually I'm a "white knuckles on armrest" kind of patient but this felt much more like a social visit. The cleaning was gentle but thorough and the hygienist was so kind and friendly. The dentist was friendly and competent. The front staff are so sweet and compassionate, ready to help. I am so thankful for Kingway Family Dentistry
I am writing a review for Norman as he has no email. As always Norm was very happy and satisfied with his appointment and the Dr was very thorough. Also the staff from the receptionist to the clinical staff make you feel welcome. We both are very happy we found Kingsway Dental.
I feel so relaxed during a cleaning. I know it sounds weird but it a time of no phones, nobody needing me and no chores to do. My hygienist was kind and gentle.
Relaxed and welcoming office. I am very happy with my dental hygienist Chrissy, whom i have been going to for 4 years. She is thorough, gentle, and very personable. Same has to be said about Dr. Amita Bhikadia. She has done an extraction, filling, and a bridge for me last year. I was very pleased with the quality of her work. She is very knowledgeable, gentle, and takes great care when doing a procedure. I am definitely in good hands!
I had an outstanding experience at this dental office! From start to finish, the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Sue at the reception was incredibly polite and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made the check-in process seamless. Tristan went above and beyond to help sort out my insurance issues, making it one less thing for me to worry about.
