I would put 10 or 100 stars if I could… You see I have high anxiety about the dentist in general stemming from childhood. And even thinking about an upcoming dental cleaning sets me back. I have been seeing dentist here for a while now… I can’t even tell you my last 3 visits 1) starts with a cleaning 2) 3 days later back tooth fix… was amazing dr Alex was so understanding, nothing but understanding for my past issues with dentist. The team was great, I haven’t been in almost a year. But it was very welcoming and familiar when I returned. Picking up old conversations and making me feel welcomed. They did a great job talking me through all the steps and procedures and why they’re important.
This is the best dentist office ever. Had extensive dental work done yesterday. The scheduling in the appointment, the communication and availability to move the appointment is well coordinated and it's all about the patient concern and wellbeing. The actual procedure was professionally performed and the steps to ensure my comfort pre procedure was taken onto consideration and well appreciated. I had no pain and was not anxious at all. When the freezing was done i didnt feel any pain. THANKYOU
Kingswood Dentistry is the best dental clinic I've ever been to and I'm 66. The dentist is very gentle and caring. The hygienist is excellent. I highly recommend this practice. Shirley Edwards
