I had an odd experience here a couple of weeks ago and since this was my first visit here, and I found the clinic off of the reviews, I thought I should add mine. Dr. Smythe is such a great dentist! He explains everything clearly, makes sure you’re comfortable, and you can really tell he knows his craft. The whole team is welcoming and professional, and I always leave feeling well taken care of. I’d happily recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist.
Nice upgrade to the reception desk. Elnauz was very friendly and engaging…helped us understand the new government program. Hygienist was thorough and did a great job. Best cleaning I ever had!
Fantastic! Have been at Kits Point since moving back to Vancouver in 2007. Dr. Smythe and his team are terrific. Friendly, efficient and great at what they do. So good that I stayed with them after moving. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist in Kits, downtown or on the west side.
First time here and I felt at home, they were very patient with me since I don't speak English very well, I felt like they were family, tomorrow I have a second appointment and it's the first time I want to go back to a dentist, I'm glad I found them.
