***This is my first ever Google review! I HIGHLY Recommend This dentist ! I was going to send them a bottle of wine… But I thought this would be better. I went to multiple dentists in the Kelowna area for recommendations and pricing ( Hadn’t been to the dentist in a while) They made The process easy , streamlined and straightforward. I am so happy with the results. I can’t even tell you.! 😁
IMO the best dental practise in Kelowna! Lovely, caring staff and Dr. Kozak is so careful and gentle; he always explains ever step of a procedure which sure helps anxious patients like myself.
We are new patients and we're made to feel comfortable from the moment we entered. The front desk staff are so nice and very efficient. The hygienist and dental assistant were wonderful and the doctor was friendly and very good at his job. We are so happy to have found this clinic.
The team at KLO dental are absolutely amazing, every time I come in all the staff greets me by name (and i’ve only been there maybe three times)! They definitely go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. The dental staff are amazing at their jobs, and if you have any concerns after you leave, they make it a priority to get you back in and touch up whatever may need to be fixed. 10/10 couldn’t recommend them enough :)
In the past, I have never enjoyed my dental visits - until I went to KLO Dental! Angelica, Chelsea, and Dr Kozak were absolute gems. The kind lady at the reception (I never got her name), but she welcomed me in right away. My appointment fell on Halloween and it was a joy to see the entire team get amongst the season and all dress up. The team are all very kind, the place is super clean, and I would recommend KLO Dental to everyone.
