IMO the best dental practise in Kelowna! Lovely, caring staff and Dr. Kozak is so careful and gentle; he always explains every step of a procedure which sure helps anxious patients like myself.

"My experience with Dr. Jeff was outstanding. The staff Krista and Jamie was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Jeff demonstrated a high level of expertise. The office was clean, and the equipment seemed modern. Dr. Smith and assistant Chantele took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I appreciate the excellent care and would highly recommend this dentist."

I had a fantastic experience at KLO dental. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The dentist was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The clinic is clean and modern, and I appreciated how efficient yet caring everyone was. I’m very happy with the quality of care I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy dental team.

Best dental experience in years, both with dentist & staff. Full explanation of each step. And follow up calls after appointment never previously had this service Recently had a front tooth crown. Excellent work June 2025 Thank you

We are new patients and we're made to feel comfortable from the moment we entered. The front desk staff are so nice and very efficient. The hygienist and dental assistant were wonderful and the doctor was friendly and very good at his job. We are so happy to have found this clinic.
