Best dental experience to date. I went in for an extraction from Dawson city that turned into a surgery but it was absolutely painless. They gave me alternate decisions which I’ve never received anywhere else regarding my tooth. Stress free and everyone there is super nice and accommodating. Even the day after I’m not even sore. I definitely found my spot and look forward to booking in my wife and daughter as well :). They took me in for the emergency within 2 days of a phone call. Klondike Dental has a great team. The dentist is great and is able to make the experience comfortable. That says a lot because I have more anxiety than most. The dental hygienist was also amazing and made the experience more comfortable than I believed possible. Along with the personal experience, both the dentist and hygienist provided me with knowledge that I needed to understand my situation. I had a wonderful experience except for the fact that I needed to get work done, of course! They fit me in with an emergency as a new client , accommodated me and did a wonderful job as a team over a 2 day period. Thank you to Dr Jessica and Jezz especially for treating me so well. I highly recommend !!
We were traveling and I needed a broken tooth fixed. The receptionist (Binny?) was knowledgeable and so friendly and the reason I chose this dentist. The dentist was fantastic - worked with me to find a solution, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
Personnel were very friendly and helpful, visit was quick and organized. I did feel that it was a small space with a narrow set of stairs and no elevator for those with disabilities or leg issues. They are moving to a bigger more accessible location and I will go again as well as recommend.
