Klondike Dental has a great team. The dentist is great and is able to make the experience comfortable. That says a lot because I have more anxiety than most. The dental hygienist was also amazing and made the experience more comfortable than I believed possible. Along with the personal experience, both the dentist and hygienist provided me with knowledge that I needed to understand my situation. Best dental experience to date. I went in for an extraction from Dawson city that turned into a surgery but it was absolutely painless. They gave me alternate decisions which I’ve never received anywhere else regarding my tooth. Stress free and everyone there is super nice and accommodating. Even the day after I’m not even sore. I definitely found my spot and look forward to booking in my wife and daughter as well :). They took me in for the emergency within 2 days of a phone call. Personnel were very friendly and helpful, visit was quick and organized. I did feel that it was a small space with a narrow set of stairs and no elevator for those with disabilities or leg issues. They are moving to a bigger more accessible location and I will go again as well as recommend.
I just had my root canal done and it went so perfectly no pain at all I think I slept half of the process, I feel like I wanna do another root canal again next time 😉 Big thanks to Doc Jessica for making me comfortable throughout the process. She’s so kind and all the employees for explaining and answering my questions that is not clear to me. I’ll see them again next time for some fillings and making my teeth perfect 👌
We were traveling and I needed a broken tooth fixed. The receptionist (Binny?) was knowledgeable and so friendly and the reason I chose this dentist. The dentist was fantastic - worked with me to find a solution, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
