Amazing staff with every interaction- polite, friendly, and helpful. Dental hygienist I saw the other day was amazing in taking the time to educate me on best practices and next steps for my oral health. They truly care here. Dr. Kobilov always remembers me and asks how me and my family are. They are the best!!! Highly recommend !
They did a great job. Friendly, professional, great patient care, and lots of checking in during the procedure. I'd recommend them. I'm new to Kingston and have been putting off a dental visit. They made it easy! Thanks everyone at KMA! They did a teeth cleaning, x-rays, and followup was replacing a filling and fixing a cavity.
First started going to Dr. Kobilov after a long period of not taking care of my teeth properly. He and his team are always nothing short of kind and compassionate, always going above and beyond to ensure the highest possible standard of care. Would highly recommend this location and it's staff to anyone in the city.
I have been to this dental clinic on two occasions and both times I have experienced outstanding customer service. The hygienist that provided my cleaning was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all aspects of the procedure. I have recommended this service to friends. Lastly, the parking is so convenient! No more struggling with downtown parking.
I was especially impressed with how well the dentist and dental hygienist worked intuitively and seamlessly as a team. Both were friendly and sensitive to my particular needs. The dentist explained the procedure beforehand and did everything possible to minimize the pain from arthritis in my facial bones.
