I have been to this dental clinic on two occasions and both times I have experienced outstanding customer service. The hygienist that provided my cleaning was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all aspects of the procedure. I have recommended this service to friends. Lastly, the parking is so convenient! No more struggling with downtown parking.
I was especially impressed with how well the dentist and dental hygienist worked intuitively and seamlessly as a team. Both were friendly and sensitive to my particular needs. The dentist explained the procedure beforehand and did everything possible to minimize the pain from arthritis in my facial bones.
My first visit at KMA Dental went really well the x-ray appointment was smooth, and the dental hygienist did an amazing job with the cleaning. However, during my filling appointments, I had mixed experiences. The first doctor filled one side of my teeth, but the filling was done too high, which made my bite feel unbalanced. It also left sharp edges and unfortunately caused part of my tooth to break. Dr K is a very caring gentle dentist that makes sure you are doing ok every step of the way. All of the staff are super and make the experience exceptional
I recommend the KMA dental clinic, the atmosphere is very friendly from the first steps, I express special gratitude to Dr. Kobilov. The dental treatment was performed very professionally, the doctor always keeps you informed during the process, and as always is kind. I will continue my treatment only here, in a word, this is my family doctor for dental treatment 👨🏻⚕️🦷
