You feel comfortable and valued the moment you walk in Dr. Bikolov has been my dentist since 2023 and is so dedicated. He even came in on his day off to fix my emergency dental implant. Excellent service from my dentist (Dr. Thom) and hygenists! I prefer going on Saturday's as that's when Dr. Thom is present at this location. I have been visiting for more than five years now, after my dentist of 35 years retired ... Always experience wonderful vibes and notice great teamwork. And they're at a new location now, parking right there ... brand new office ... it's really modern (!) and super clean! Recently completed several tooth extractions and fillings over several appointments and can not thank the team enough. I called and they were able to get me in very quickly (same day) to complete my new patient intake. That Dr Kobilov and his employees gave me a wonderful and inviting experience .They treated me respectfully and regained my confidence in dentists. I’m a new patient that just started going here and received excellent service from the dentist, hygienists, and receptionist. All of them are very kind and non-judgemental people. They are very straightforward with treatment and were extremely helpful with my situation and assisted me with any questions I had about the Canadian Dental Care Plan.
