I've been a patient at KMA for 7 years and have appreciated the comprehensive care Dr Kobilov and the team have provided me. A family member had a dental emergency several years ago and Dr Kobilov went above and beyond and was responsive and helped find a dental surgeon who could respond quickly and effectively. We as a family we thought of joining KMA dentals for our routine checkup, staff were kind and welcoming. The person at the desk was not welcoming upon asking about the insurance policy and price she didn’t tell me or my husband about it. At the end of the appointment charged us a big amount firstly from my husband, there is something called informed consent which was not followed. Excellent service from my dentist (Dr. Thom) and hygenists! I prefer going on Saturday's as that's when Dr. Thom is present at this location. I have been visiting for more than five years now, after my dentist of 35 years retired ... Always experience wonderful vibes and notice great teamwork. And they're at a new location now, parking right there ... brand new office ... it's really modern (!) and super clean! Amazing staff with every interaction- polite, friendly, and helpful. Dental hygienist I saw the other day was amazing in taking the time to educate me on best practices and next steps for my oral health. They truly care here. Dr. Kobilov always remembers me and asks how me and my family are. They are the best!!! Highly recommend !
They did a great job. Friendly, professional, great patient care, and lots of checking in during the procedure. I'd recommend them. I'm new to Kingston and have been putting off a dental visit. They made it easy! Thanks everyone at KMA! They did a teeth cleaning, x-rays, and followup was replacing a filling and fixing a cavity.
