Professional friendly staff. Hygenist JC is thorough but gentle. Listened to me when I explained some touchy areas. Dr.Kobilov is also very attentive when I was explaining what I wished to start with for my dental plan. Very happy here. Returning to finish my dental plan.
The dental office was clean and the people were nice but I didn't feel like they were not so proffesional like because before getting fitted for my dentures the lady was mixing the solution for the mold in front of me and boy she made the biggest mess of my face and outfit with the puddy it was so liquid it was dripping down the sides of my mouth and on my clothes they also took a long time finding the size of mouth guard to fit my mouth and in return did not get my mouth molded for dentures and was sent off and was told the... read more
My experience has been very good here during the six months since I changed Dental offices to take advantage of the Dental Plan. I've had a tooth extracted and a crown applied. I was nervous at first but became much calmer. All staff are kind and helpful and Dr. Kobilov is very competent and reassuring. Jane D
KMA was the first dental clinic I went to when I first moved to Kingston in 2019. I was in pain with an infected tooth, new to Kingston and feeling very vulnerable. The girls at reception quickly fit me in and I met Dr Kobilov for the first time. He was caring, compassionate and very understanding of my high anxiety.
