That Dr Kobilov and his employees gave me a wonderful and inviting experience .They treated me respectfully and regained my confidence in dentists. I spent many years battling addiction and because of my deterioration of health. I had considerable damage from grinding and not taking care of my teeth. We as a family we thought of joining KMA dentals for our routine checkup, staff were kind and welcoming. The person at the desk was not welcoming upon asking about the insurance policy and price she didn’t tell me or my husband about it. At the end of the appointment charged us a big amount firstly from my husband, there is something called informed consent which was not followed. Excellent service from my dentist (Dr. Thom) and hygenists! I prefer going on Saturday's as that's when Dr. Thom is present at this location. I have been visiting for more than five years now, after my dentist of 35 years retired ... Always experience wonderful vibes and notice great teamwork. And they're at a new location now, parking right there ... brand new office ... it's really modern (!) and super clean! I've been a patient at KMA for 7 years and have appreciated the comprehensive care Dr Kobilov and the team have provided me. A family member had a dental emergency several years ago and Dr Kobilov went above and beyond and was responsive and helped find a dental surgeon who could respond quickly and effectively. The clinic has come a long way from the plastic-draped construction zone of an old office (during COVID) to the bright, neat, sophisticated new clinic but the care hasn't changed at all. Amazing staff with every interaction- polite, friendly, and helpful. Dental hygienist I saw the other day was amazing in taking the time to educate me on best practices and next steps for my oral health. They truly care here. Dr. Kobilov always remembers me and asks how me and my family are. They are the best!!! Highly recommend !
