Lakeflower Dental were so accommodating to my elderly mom. They were kind and patient and went above and beyond to help me organize this appointment from Vancouver!! Thank you for the great dental exam and diagnosis.
I had my first appointment at Lakeflower today, and it was amazing - which isn’t usually something you’d think of saying about a trip to the dentist! Everyone is so friendly and fully explains everything they’re doing, from the cost of things to the dental work. I watched Schitt’s Creek while getting everything done which helped to distract me from the more unpleasant aspects of getting fillings done. I can’t recommend Lakeflower enough! I had a wonderful first visit. The environment was welcoming and clean. I typically feel anxious at dentist offices, but they really helped me feel at ease. They were very informative and took the time to explain everything to me.
My temporary cap fell off; so The receptionist Lillian arranged an appointment for me to get it cemented until my next appointment to put the crown on the tooth in the front that has had a root canal. It feels good to have the temporary cap on. The dentist is amazing ; Dr. Orshe. Very professional.
I highly recommend this practice to anyone in search of a welcoming and positive dental experience! The level of professionalism was remarkable! I felt completely comfortable, thanks to the friendly reception from Lil and the exceptional patience and kindness of both the hygienist and dentist. The office has a bright and clean atmosphere, featuring state-of-the-art technology. By the end of my appointment, I felt fantastic and confident about my dental care!
