The staff are always friendly and helpful at Lakeside. Dr. Poole helped my mom with some teeth that had deteriorated and he kept her calm while walking her through the process. My mom and I appreciated the care that was given by the team to make the procedure as smooth and relaxed as possible.
Fifteen years ago, I met Dr. Alan Poole at Lambton Family Dental, Sarnia. I followed him to Lakeside Family Dental in Brights Grove. I value his professional work, experience, and respectful manner. Laura, the receptionist is beyond efficient. Thank you Lakeside Family Dental!

I broke a tooth late at night and was in extreme pain. I left a message at 11:00 that evening explaining the situation and by 8:30 the next morning I got a call from their office with an appointment scheduled at 8:30.
