One of the best dental offices I have ever been to! I get very nervous at these appointments, so I let the staff know ahead of time. This team was kind and patient with me every step of the way, from the moment I walked in, to sitting in the chair with Manveen and Dr. Dutka. They answered all of my questions, walked me through each step, and made sure I fully understood what was happening. I have been going to Lakewood Dental from more than ten years. Wonderful and very professional staff. Dr Dutka is one of the best Dentist in town. He knows his profession very well and he explains everything in very detailed manner. Love to go there with my whole family and my daughter is never scared and always feels happy to go for the dental appointment.
I specifically told to receptionist, my daughter had fluoride last week from the school and don’t do polishing because it’s not covered by our insurance. But what happened is, they charged me for fluoride and polishing. I paid the treatment that I didn’t approved. I will never go back to Lakewood dental centre, simple instructions they can’t even get it right. Super not happy
Hygienist was very good at his job. He has great precision and pays attention to his actions. He was gentle and has accuracy. I felt comfortable with him. Unfortunately he’s a temp. My last hygienist jabbed my gums many times causing bleeding and it was sloppy work. Caused pain and discomfort. I mentioned it to her and she still did it. The precision was not there with her. I cannot go back to her. Dentist is awesome consistently !!!!
Went fine. But the polishing left my teeth feeling very rough, not smooth like they usually do. Could be a new hygienist.
