My doctor kindly stayed late to complete all of my fillings after a scheduling miscommunication. Despite the mix-up, both the doctor and an assistant took extra time to finish everything, knowing I wouldn’t be able to return for at least six months. I truly appreciated their effort and the way they resolved the initial booking issue.
Dr.Cortazzoli is a great dentist. I’ve been a patient of his for years now. I have a great fear of dentists and I find him to be gentle and kind. I never have any issues when I have him working on my teeth. I would defiantly recommend him to everyone I know.
had a deeply frustrating experience at Landmark Dental. I visited multiple times for a painful, visibly cracked tooth that they themselves documented as having structural cracks and cusp damage. Despite this, I was given conflicting information—first told it needed a root canal, then later told nothing was wrong, and finally told the dentist doesn’t even do root canals. The staff here are amazing! They’re always so patient with my kids, who are still really young and just starting out with their first dentist visits. I’ve always been scared of going to the dentist myself, but they’ve helped ease my fears so much. Now I can actually go in for my appointments without feeling anxious. I’m so thankful for how kind and understanding they’ve been with both me and my kids!
I have had the pleasure of visiting and having work done at both your Landmark office and Lakeshore office. I do not have enough good things to say about both offices. Our recent visit to Dr. Resner was amazing. She is so kind, gentle and thorough. Her commitment to her medical profession is very apparent, as is that of all the staff I have encountered while there, including Terri, the hygienist.
