I’ve had great experiences each time I’ve visited. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The dental work itself is fantastic. I hadn’t seen a dentist in years and they have changed my smile and dental health completely. My two young children come here also and the team is patient and do a great job!
It was a great experience during my appointment. I was worried about my dental appointment for root canal. But I was completely informed about the steps, procedure and options before making a decision. I had a thorough assessment before the procedure and explained fully to consent. I have had a couple appointments with Langford family dental now and they have been great. My last one being yesterday where I was going to be having a number of extractions. I have a huge fear of dentists, well fear of the feeble At the dentist I should clarify. The dentists and hygienists have been nothing but amazing to me from the start. The new dentist at Langford Fam Dentist has been very accommodating and gentle with their care. It was a stress when th business changed hands however the New dentist's there couldn't be kinder or more capable. I appreciate everyone at the office, it continues to be a great experience. I’m giving two stars only because of the extremely poor experience I had with the lady at the front desk during my visit a few months ago. Her attitude and lack of courtesy were unacceptable — the interaction was unnecessarily rude and completely spoiled the rest of my day. The dental team itself seemed fine, but customer service at the front is the first impression of any clinic, and this one was truly disappointing.
