It was a great experience during my appointment. I was worried about my dental appointment for root canal. But I was completely informed about the steps, procedure and options before making a decision. I had a thorough assessment before the procedure and explained fully to consent. It was a stress when th business changed hands however the New dentist's there couldn't be kinder or more capable. I appreciate everyone at the office, it continues to be a great experience. I have been going to Langford Downtown Family Dental for close to 20 years. My family and I loved Dr Pewarchuk and his team and we were sad to see them go. However, Dr Abbey and Anusha make a fantastic team and I’m so thrilled with the transition. We will happily stay for another 20 years.
I’m giving two stars only because of the extremely poor experience I had with the lady at the front desk during my visit a few months ago. Her attitude and lack of courtesy were unacceptable — the interaction was unnecessarily rude and completely spoiled the rest of my day. The dental team itself seemed fine, but customer service at the front is the first impression of any clinic, and this one was truly disappointing. August 2025 My husband and I have just had our 6 month checkup and cleaning and had yet another great experience with Dr. Abbi and our hygienists'.
