I had come in for a procedure and was not happy with the price being higher than what my insurance covered. I was frustrated anfter hearing they are 5 % higher than the standard dental fees. the manager Alisha I believe her name was saw my frustration was kind enough to lower the bill to match the provincial fee guide so that I wouldn’t have a balance owing. I had an extraction at Larry Uteck Dentistry and it was a surprisingly smooth experience! Dr. Nada was so nice and professional, which really put me at ease. And Alicia, the manager, was incredibly professional and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Definitely recommend them!

Extremely disappointing experience. The clinic could not clearly explain their charges, and a simple cleaning was unnecessarily split into two visits. I suffered long-term pain after a filling, and instead of addressing the issue, the staff were impatient and avoided responsibility. Even though I communicated politely multiple times, I was accused of being unreasonable and threatening, which was completely untrue and unprofessional. I would not recommend this clinic.

I saw Dr Issa for extensive dental work on my upper teeth with crown replacements of all teeth. I could not have asked for a better experience. He was kind, gentle and always available to listen to my concerns, which were many. I worked with the lab and dr Issa to get the exact fit and colour for my crowns and even though I was very particular, he remained patient. I had a good experience at this dental office today. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. the manager and the dental assistant were efficient, and provided high-quality care while clearly explaining the treatment. The clinic was clean, organized, and well run. I was attended to as scheduled and properly. I would definitely recommend.
