Have been a patient of Lawrence Avenue Dental since it opened long ago when it was Dr Lily Lo & Associates.. Staff are friendly & professional, secretaries are very accomodating w/ the appointments. Havent had any issues with staff who are quite pleasant & knowledgeable.. i would recommend this office to new comers IF they accept new patients.. Keep up the good work , glad to ve your patient..😊
Dr. Lily Lo and Dr. Adriana Cesnick are excellent dentists. They have wonderful bedside manners, genuinely care about and listens to theor patients' concerns. They provide clear explanations before any procedures commence. They are meticulous in all that they do and I so appreciate this. I highly recommend both dentists along with their skilled, professional and friendly hygenists and office team.
Great and caring service. The Best. How great. If I ever move away from Toronto I would travel back to Toronto for my appointments. I been going to Lawrence Ave. Dental from almost they open up. I am still going even after I turn 65 young. Keep up the great work and service.
My family and I have been coming to Lawrence Ave Dental for decades and we are always more than happy with the services they provide. Lyn and Ella are very welcoming and supportive in the front. Joanne and Afshan are amazing hygienists who are very thorough with their work. All the doctors (Dr. Lo, Dr. Cesnik, Dr. Chan, Dr. Pham) are compassionate, understanding, and meticulous with their treatment. This office is like no other as they prioritize quality patient-centered care and always have your best interests at heart.
I have been a patient for many years.the usual cleanings and periodic dental work. Everyone is so welcoming, efficient and professional. But recently I have been in need of a major dental reconstruction under the expertise of Dr. Lily Lo. She explained everything and documented everything and made me completely at ease with the procedures. This was daunting for me but the trust outweighed my fears.
