I have been a patient for many years.the usual cleanings and periodic dental work. Everyone is so welcoming, efficient and professional. But recently I have been in need of a major dental reconstruction under the expertise of Dr. Lily Lo. She explained everything and documented everything and made me completely at ease with the procedures. This was daunting for me but the trust outweighed my fears. Great and caring service. The Best. How great. If I ever move away from Toronto I would travel back to Toronto for my appointments. I been going to Lawrence Ave. Dental from almost they open up. I am still going even after I turn 65 young. Keep up the great work and service.
My family and I have been coming to Lawrence Ave Dental for decades and we are always more than happy with the services they provide. Lyn and Ella are very welcoming and supportive in the front. Joanne and Afshan are amazing hygienists who are very thorough with their work. All the doctors (Dr. Lo, Dr. Cesnik, Dr. Chan, Dr. Pham) are compassionate, understanding, and meticulous with their treatment. This office is like no other as they prioritize quality patient-centered care and always have your best interests at heart.
Dr. Lily Lo is an excellent dentist! She has wonderful bedside manners, she genuinely csres about and listens to her patients' concerns. Dr. Lo provides clear explanations before any procedures commence. She is meticulous in all that she does and I so appreciate this. I highly recommend Dr. Lo.
